All sales are final. Because your complete reading is a digital product that is generated and delivered to you in full the moment you unlock it, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Your reading is created from your exact birth details and delivered instantly and in its entirety at the moment of purchase. Once it has been generated and made available to you, it cannot be returned. For this reason, all purchases are final.

Try Before You Buy

To help you decide with confidence, we provide a detailed free preview of your reading — including several full chapters and a summary of what the complete reading contains — before any payment is required. Please read the preview carefully and unlock the full reading only when you are ready.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you were charged but did not receive access to your reading, or you experienced a genuine technical problem with your purchase, we will always make it right. Email us at support@myfateseer.com with your name, purchase date, and the email address used at checkout, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country. Where such laws grant you a right to a refund that cannot be waived, that right continues to apply.
